Construction: Synthetic double jacket with synthetic, ozone resistant, rubber lining; can be untreated or coated in yellow, red, orange, blue or tan.
High Burst Rating: 1200 psi up to 3" diameters, 900 psi for larger diameters.
All-Weather Performance: Retains pliability down to -40 degrees F

Construction: Synthetic single jacket with nitrile/PVC rubber lining and cover, made in a single extrusion eliminating risks of separation or blistering.
Great Durability: Superior resistance to sea water, acids, alkalis, oils, gasoline and ozone. Excellent abrasion and puncture resistance.

Friction loss: 5" hose has less than 10 psi at 1,500 gpm
All-Weather Performance: From-36 to 1200 degrees F

| Life Line hose, is designed for agressive attack purposes with a high durability. Each one is manufactured in accordance with NFPA 1961, current edition.
Construction
Hose is designed and constructed for interior fire attack operations
Consists of a 100% synthetic filament yarn outer jacket over an inner lining consisting of a extruded nitrel rubber through the weave hose The inner hose, is designed for a low firction loss and water pick up.
Outer jacket is woven with a circular loom with high tenacity polyester yarn
The high number of warp yarns, minimum 52 per inch give a high level of abrasion resistance. Life Line is identified by two blue strips on either side, with blue couplings
Lining.
The material used for the inner and cover is the same, the lining is a real through the weave hose, Themechanical properties of the rubber compound are: |
